I got my master's degree in Scotland last year and returned to the US for 9 months. Now I am back on my psw visa. In the meantime, I was diagnosed with allergies to wheat, gluten, dairy, corn, soy, and eggs.

I didn't think it would be such a problem to find foods without those items here! Or at least I thought a major chain supermarket would carry at least one option.
I guess I am specifically looking for cereal and milk. I was eating Rice Chex with almond milk in the States for breakfast. I have only checked at Morrison's and Aldi, but even the rice milk had a corn derivative in it! And the cereals are all wheat--even Rice Crispies has barley in it! (As it does in the States.)
Anyone know of a chain or even a specific shop in Glasgow that might have some options for me? Or even a creative breakfast idea? Thinking about doing as the Asians and eating rice noodle soup for breakfast! Miss my bacon rolls.
Many, many thanks!
