So, hubby has been learning to drive on his USA licence, this runs out on christmas eve, he has applied for a provisional licence, now, we have the form here and it is saying "You can only get a GB driving licence if you are normally resident in the UK, to be normally resident you must usually live in the UK for 185 days in each calendar year, applicants that are not UK citizens or nationals of another EU or EEA country will not be considered normally resident if they, 1, Do not have ILR in the UK or 2, are in the country on a temporary basis without ILR, either while awaiting a decision to stay in the UK or following a decision refusing such an application" sooooo can he get a provisional driving licence, i am very confused :S
