I only have a recipe with US measurements but if you can convert...this is pretty good.

Vegan Chocolate Cake:
Basic Chocolate:
1 cup soymilk
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond, chocolate, or vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder, dutch processed or reg
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

1. preheat oven to 350
2. whisk together soymilk + vinegar, allow to sit for a few minutes to curde
     a. add sugar, oil, extracts, to soy milk mixture, beat until foamy
3. in separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients
4. add dry to wet in two batches and beat til no large lumps remain
5. bake

Made this one:

several times for vegan friends it's very good.  US but not too bad to convert.

If you didnt need it on short notice i would say go to a kosher baker if you live in london or manchester, you can find all sorts of cakes without dairy.
