Just saw on the news a few moments ago and my heart sank at hearing this and immediately thinking if it was the same thing as a few years ago :(

Need to wait as more unfolds and as to why and possible reasons etc.

It seems that the second victim was the guy who shot the police officer. They've at least let people go home now.
