Can I use white out/tip-ex on form

Just wanted to create a new topic on what to do if I have not filed my tax return, but discovered a mistake  on it. Can I use white out/Tip Ex to correct the figure. The correction will be on Form 1116

sure why not or just print that form out again...as long as you sign them I dont think it matters.  I am sure I have whited out a line and rewritten on it

Thanks! I cant reprint the form as I do not have a copy on the software Tax act site that I used.

However, if its not a big no no to white out, then I shall do that (if I still need to  ;))
