You're definitely supposed to eat all of your points. If you don't get enough, Mrs. Fizz is right - you'll probably plateau a lot faster. I lost 6 lbs. my first week, gained .5 the next, then lost another 4.5 - and I actually ate (well, OK, drank) a few extra points nearly every day, but I was also exercising.... I'm doing it on my own now though - I couldn't deal with the meetings..... Congrats on your success!
