The sponsorship declaration that the IAS uses is at http://www.londonelegance.com/transpondia/BlankSponsorDeclaration.pdf
and it's current.

A sample co-sponsor's letter, landlord's letter, etc is at
http://www.londonelegance.com/transpondia/cosponsor.shtml

Those materials were reviewed by the OISC last spring, but there's no guarantee that they would fit the bill for your circumstances.  There's also a sample letter for the fiance and spousals there.  But nobody's had any difficulty with those.

Ok--scanned it and emailed it to you--let me know if you don't get and I'll try again.
Hope this helps,

I've been looking for a sample letter for the fiance visa, but haven't had any luck.  Can you give me more direction?  Thanks.
