Hello!

I've been lurking on the forums for awhile and taking advantage of the visa information but thought I should introduce myself, maybe make a few friends.

I'm an American, moved to Europe in 2008 for a masters degree and studied in Lyon, France and interned in Frankfurt am Main, Germany before moving to Birmingham to complete my degree. I met my now husband 2 days after arriving in the UK, got married in May, and have just made an FLR (M) application (under the old rules...barely).

Living in West London now. Nice to meet you!

Welcome!  What were you studying?  Sounds like you are a pro at moving countries :)

I was doing the European Master in Management program, which was Business Management and Marketing. Lots of visas...so far the UK visas have been the most expensive and taken the longest  :-\\\\
