OTC sunscreen products available in UK

When I was in the UK last autumn I did check out Superdrug, Boots, etc. to see what they are carrying now in the way of Health and Beauty products. However that was before I realized I would need some special items. My dermatologist here has given me a list of recommended products. For days of more than 10 minutes exposure he recommends SPF 30, like Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Liquid Daily Sunblock SPF 70 or their Pure and Fee Liquid SPF 50. For daily use on face and neck on days of less exposure he says broad spectrum UVA/UVB (SPF 15) is fine, e.g. Purpose Dual Treatment Moisture Lotion (SPF 15) or CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion AM (SPF 30). I'm currently using Eucerin Everyday Protection face lotion with SPF 30. I know Neutrogena products are available over there but don't remember which ones. And I don't think I've seen those other brands.
I know the UK is not exactly a tropical paradise and people probably don't worry so much about sun exposure.  But not wanting to risk further damage I'd like to comply with the suggestions as much as possible. I wonder if anyone has found comparable products?

If you can get a Costco membership, they sell some of the ones you mentioned. (I think I saw the Neutrogena today, and I think I have seen CeraVe, they certainly have Cetaphil as well, which is a nice sensitive skin option.) I am sunscreen obsessed (grew up in San Diego), and my current regime has changed a bit--I use an Oil of Olay moisturizer (spf 15) as the UV index in Manchester rarely gets high, but I've found the wind means I need more moisture! When we go on holiday, or there is actual sun, I use the  Neutrogena Ultra Sheer too, which is available on Amazon. As is the Eucerin, so if you don't mind ordering online, that may be your best bet!

Maybe not, but we go on holidays to tropical paradises. There's plenty of choice of sunscreen here!

Yep, I have low levels (even when living in SD!) and this is one reason I dropped down to a 15spf at most for daily use (on my face). I also try and leave my arms/legs bare when possible as that is another way to absorb some!

Definitely - the Boots store I used to work in keeps 4 whole aisles of sunscreen (various different brands) and holiday products from late January right through to mid-September every year .

Yeah, the derm. warns about this and suggests vitamin D3 supplements (after checking with your doctor) You can't win
Another thing he advises is using something called Sun Guard from Rit on your washing! One treatment last 20 washings and is more effective than sunscreen. I've never seen it here (maybe Walmart?)
