Aw! You and I are puppy soul mates! Though I think I might slightly prefer the Norfolk terrier, it has floppy ears.
And yes, I believe you can choose the puppy, as long as you choose a British breed .
That is funny, in that I, too, preferred the Norfolk with its floppy ears to the Norwich, until my little rescue toy poodle/terrier mix got a bad ear infection with her big floppy ears. Then it was pointed ears all the way for me (not that they can't get infections).
I now have a Westie. I think a Norfolk would be a cute addition. I will take one of them, please.
Or if all the other immigrants snatch them up, perhaps a Cairn, as I love them too (and used to have one.)
