Anyone up for a quick survey?
« on: April 03, 2013, 07:02:45 PM »
Hey everyone,

I'm looking for some people, both British and American (Canadian is OK too) to take a quick survey for a project I'm doing.  There are only six questions, and one of them is "What's your nationality?" so it will only take a few minutes.  There are no right or wrong answers, just choose what feels right for you.  Definitely don't over-think it.  I'd really appreciate the help.

Here's the link:  http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/YLJ27XY

I'm going to keep it open for a couple more days and then if anyone's interested, I can explain what the aim of my research is.  Until then, thanks in advance to anyone who helps!
On s'envolera du même quai
Les yeux dans les mêmes reflets,
Pour cette vie et celle d'après
Tu seras mon unique projet.

Je t'aimais, je t'aime, et je t'aimerai.

Done.  :)  Easy peasy!

But I recommend reading the question and answering in my head before reading the answers.  :P  Got myself a bit confused trying to think of what I would really say.   ::)

I took it. Two things -

It doesn't accept 'Other' for Nationality. I wrote in 'American AND British' but because the space didn't have a tick box, it wouldn't accept that as having answered the question.

Most of the questions, I wouldn't say either of those things, but something else entirely, lol!

I had the same issues. In the end, I chose British as I'm British-born, though I do have dual citizenship. And, in speech, I'm more likely to use contractions!

Done. I'd be interested in hearing what your aims are! I also agree with Chary, for most of those I'd probably use contractions.
