10 year green card after 2 years of marriage?
« on: May 22, 2013, 06:16:58 PM »
Hi everyone,

My wife (USC) and I (UKC) will have been married for two years on June 10th and are looking to start the greencard process. We would like to send the I-130 this week to get things started however should we wait until after June 10th as that will be our second wedding anniversary.

At what point in the process does the two years of marriage allow you to be awarded the 10 year green card as opposed to the 2 year probationary card....

Also is it correct that we are able to send the petition to the embassy in London as my wife is on a spouse visa and has been for 1 year.

Does anyone have this address available to send to the London embassy?

Thanks everyone

Mike
