Medical Records?

Did you request your medical records before moving over?  I haven't had any major health issues and all my lab results for the last 5 years can be accessed on an app on my phone and/or the internet.

Probably not necessary.

I brought mine over but, as Geeta said, it's not really necessary - unless you have some sort of a complicated condition.

That's what I was thinking.  I did get the kids' records but it was free to get them so I figured why not....plus I swear they have had just about every illness out there in their short lives.  :)
Thanks!!

I'd bring copies of immunization history, if you have it. I've had a few troubles with my work asking me to get immunizations because of populations I work with and questions about if I've had them or not. Sets of standard immunizations here are different than those back home, and I didn't always know if I'd had them or not.

I didn't take much else and was fine, but I had been diagnosed as insulin-resistant back home, which isn't really tested for here, so it was helpful that I had a copy of the test that broke down down the individual levels in the test, which helped my doctor and me to formulate a plan.
