Amazon.com

I know this has been discussed, but I can't find the answer. Can you order from Amazon.com (the US site) from the UK? My husband swears he remembers doing it once (with his UK or Irish credit card), but I'm not certain. I know we can't buy from the UK site without using our Irish cards.

Thanks!

I've ordered on the Amazon UK site several times from the US with a US CC, so I am guessing it can be done in reverse? I know from my Christmas shopping experience that I can't order from Argos with a US CC!  :P

You can certainly order things to be delivered to the US but they don't deliver to the UK anymore :(

Argos will deliver to the US?
Last Christmas I was getting DH a PS3, found a really good deal on Argos, but the site would not accept my US CC, so I ended up ordering it through Amazon UK & having it sent to DH's house.  I have ordered other stuff from Amazon UK to have delivered to Dh's address with no problems at all  :)

I order Christmas presents from Amazon.com every year - but, as Stephanie303 says, that's for delivery to the US.

Okay, thanks! It's for my Irish in laws to order Christmas presents for my son to be delivered here in the US. They want to save on shipping costs. I think I'm getting all sorts of things confused in my head. This is not unusual!  ;D

I've bought from Amazon in the US and Canada and had delivered to the UK, it depends on what the items are though. Done it ok with CD's and DVD's that aren't available in the UK, but they won't ship computer games.
