I-130 Question 13- quick question plse!

Hi Guys,

Can someone please confirm whose employment they want on question 13- it's under the "your relative" section, but it doesn't specify, just says "Name & Address of present Employer (if any).

It looks like it's for the alien not the petitioner, but just wanted to make sure!

that would be the employer of the person who isn't the US citizen, if they are working.  The US citizen's employer questions will come later on the proof of financial support forms where they check the tax records going back 3 years, after the original I-130 is approved.
