Tax Rebate

Hi – after 8 ½ years in England I am moving back to the states. I have so many questions - - - and hopefully can get some answers from UK Yankees. This site was invaluable to me when I was moving over and the first year here. So, I will be submitting some questions in the next couple months.

First one is about Tax Rebates. Below is what I cut and pasted from an ad that keeps popping up. Has anyone used a service like this? Helpful? Recommendations??? Thank you.
