Sharons hair extensions are like another character, as is Sharon's ubiquitous black jacket!

She is a pretty lady but too old for that long a hair and it doesnt suit her "rounder features".  Supposedly, she is hated by her coworkers and referred to as "the pig in a wig".

She's away for 5 months soon doing panto, which is a shame as she's the best thing on it.  And they want to bring back the Mitchell brothers ------

can't they think of anything else besides bringing back old characters? I think Dot should have an affair with Dennis, it is weird how they hang out together like that.

EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.. this whole Dennis and Sharon plot gives me the heebs.  I guess incest is best when kept in the family.   ;D

She's yucky!  Eeeww.  Her look is about 10 years out of date and it makes her look even older than she is.  I was shocked to find out she's only in her 30s!!??  It had me reaching for my tube of retinol!

And to think that the storyline actually involves Zoe getting sprogged up by . . . Den!  That's even more disgusting.

Zoe's an idiot, anyhow.  I'd have dumped Dennis in a second, even at her age.  Too much baggage.

Sharon, needs a new makeover. Didn't realize she was only in her 30s. She looks to be much older. Those hair extensions need to go. Give her a classic look..something more modern and updated. Think a tube of retinol could do her some good.

See there is a;   Mistress Watts

Dress up Sharon for a night out.

Who knows...maybe Sharon could become a diva!!

Haahaa!  LOL!  Ditch the extensions, tone down the brassy blonde tresses, and call in a stylist.  Besides, women her age with any modicum of class would never get into catfights over such a trivial thing as a man; especially a man like Dennis.

I only watch it for the Shannis, really.  I like that storyline, loathe Zoe.

The rest is crap.  Especially Mickey's father, he looks like he isn't right in the head.

Can anyone help me understand Thurs episode?  I read the episode guide at bbc but still don't have enough information.

Why did Marcus lie to Sam and take her money?

What went on between Den and Marcus?  Did Marcus give Den Sam's money?  Why would Marcus have to do that and why so much bad blood between those two?  Marcus is off to live in Ibiza but why did he have to leave at all?

Did Paul not realize Carter was driving the cab or is Paul's request to 'make it quick' because he knows Carter is driving him to his death?

Thank you. :)

My take on it is that Den, with that brown envelope he has been carrying around since he got back from Spain, had some dirt on Marcus, and was blackmailing him.   In order to keep  Den from spilling the beans on whatever dodgy thing Marcus has done, Marcus had to get Den the Vic.

Marcus didnt give Den the money... he handed over the contract showing the ownership of the Vic transferred to Den, then Den handed over the brown envelope of blackmail material, and Marcus left with the suitcase full of money.  His pension.

And i think that Paul definitely knew that guy was going to kill him. So 'make it quick' gave me a chill when he said it.

I thought Thursday's episode absolutely rocked... i was riveted!
Tonight's however, sucked.

You rock, otterpop!  Thank you for the detailed explanations!  Yes, that makes sense, forgot about the brown envelope in the locked cabinet Den was always fiddling with.

So, I'm guessing Andy will not be giving the diamond earrings to Sam?

I read an interview with Paul (forget his name now) and he said BBC was racist to play him as the black drug runner, he was angry that the writers didn't include showing Paul's 'lips turn blue'.  But I agree, I really liked Thurs episode, even if I was clueless.

Isn't Leticia Dean leaving?  I keep thinking she is going to go any second because I thought she was leaving in October.

Letitia Dean will be doing panto for several months...I assume she's leaving over the xmas/new year's storylines. Hopefully she'll come back without the bad extensions!

It's Eastenders, darling. They're welcome everywhere they go.

And my friend lost a bet last night that Little Mo and Alfie wouldn't hook up. I knew they'd kiss at Christmas. Muwahahahahahaha.

Also, gotta wonder how Zoe is going to get her out of the mess she's in now. I can only imagine Den helping her get knocked up. Oooh... wouldn't that be twisted.

Eastenders have completely lost any type of realism in the past few years - I am more than a little fed up with the gangster goings on...

And old Den is indeed to father Zoe's baby......CRINGE! I cant wait until she leaves next year permanently! She has been a whiny mess since the first day...I wish her all the best breaking into Hollyweird ::)
