Can you name anyone in eastenders that doesn't have some sort of issue?  There's not really any "normal" people on that show.

Who was that intellectual woman Michelle shared a house with? Was that Rachel? Anyhow yes I remember Pauline was highly suspicious of her because she didn't want a TV in her house! And as soon as Michelle got her degree they had to get rid of her because she might have raised the tone of the square too much!  I guess there have been a few doctors on the square who haven't been evil but they don't seem to last long (except Dr Legg).

yes... that was Rachel!
I'd forgotten about the tv thing, but like Pauline, i too would be deeply suspicious of anyone who wouldnt have a telly in the house!
Jings... i thought i was becoming more Pat-like in my old age, but apparently i've got undercurrents of Pauline as well!

After watching EE last night, I was wondering, how many times has Phil been married?

First it was Kathy..Think he just had an affair with Sharon..Was he married to Lisa?..And then Kate..

So three times is it? :)

Loved Phil's advice to Ben about dealing with the bullies..Just give them ''the look!'' ::) :-X

I really like Stella!  Obviously she's evil, but she plays it SO well!  I finally realised that she was in that movie Emma and that's where I had recognised her from!

Wasn't Stella also in Four Weddings and a Funeral?...I think she was Lydia in the film. Rowan Atkinson was the priest at her wedding who kept flubbing his lines.

I was reading in a magazine that the woman who plays Stella, won't allow her kids to watch Eastenders just in case they get scared of her character because shes playing it so well.

But I am really enjoying the storyline of it. i wonder what will happen to Stella once Phil finds out. :-X

Yes she was.  She married the balding guy and they shagged in that room where Hugh Grant hid in the cupboard.

I think the "fact" that Stella made Ben think he wet his bed is sick. Phil's obviously not "in love" with Stella, so she's played Ben to the tee.

Phil also married Nadia - a Russian immigrant that paid for the marriage. Don't suppose that counts though..

Stella is played by Sophie Thompson - Emma Thompson's younger sister.

I don't know why Stella is tormenting Ben, but I wish Phil would find out about it. The whole storyline is really troubling.
