Sounds good. Curious is anyone bringing kids? Or is it a kid friendly place?

We'll be bringing our 9 year old. The place kind of has a Applebees-type vibe, and there are booths.

Hello! I just joined and saw this post. I live in Loughton, are there any meet-ups in Essex? I would love to meet with fellow Americans. Ive been living in the UK since 2007.

Hi. My American husband moved here in February and we married in July. We're in Chelmsford, so it's not too far away. There are also other Americans in Essex. A meetup was planned a while ago, but unfortunately we were unable to make it. Welcome to Essex!

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for some Americans living in Essex to come onto BBC Essex and have a chat about Thanksgiving on Thursday.

Ideally we're after a couple of people to come into the studio around 11am. If anyone is interested, please message me your number on victoria.polley@bbc.co.uk.  :)

Hi. We live up the road and my hubby is American, but I'd have to check to see if he would be interested!
