FLR(M) Verbage Question
« on: July 13, 2015, 04:22:01 PM »
Perhaps a dork question, but here goes.

I'm about to attend my FLR(M) appointment and I'm struggling with this question:

In what category were you granted permission to enter the UK?

I can't find this information.  I was granted a visa as a spouse and my visa states
Type:  To join partner [husband's name]

Should I just put Type:  To join partner [husband's name]

Thanks everyone!

Officially, the category of visa is 'Settlement', so to be thorough, you could put 'settlement visa as the spouse of a UK citizen'.

Or, if you are ticking the boxes in Section 2 on the FLR(M) application form, it's the first box:

"Spouse of a person present and settled in the UK and a biometric immigration document."
