From Indiana to Oxford

Hello!

We moved to Oxford about a month ago so my husband could attend the University of Oxford! We are from NW Indiana near Chicago, both attended Purdue, and then taught for a couple of years before living in London for a year. We have just returned to the UK after spending about a year in the US  I would love to know if anyone is in the area or in London!

Hello! Welcome to the forum. I attended the University of Oxford for my MSc and now I live in London with husband (UKC).

What do you think of Oxford? I was very fond of it whilst I was there. It's a beautiful city and so easy to get into London or to the countryside.

Thanks for replying! I like Oxford, but I miss living in London. Hoping to find work here or there! Do you have a preference for either place? We have only been here about a month so there is still more exploring to do. We flew our dogs over with us and they're enjoying the parks.

We moved a year ago from Florida to Norhampton (about an hours drive from Oxford) I'm British but my husband is American, originally from LaPorte, Indiana, maybe you know it? We also brought our 2 dogs over with us, but took a cruise ship instead of flying. We would love to meet up if you are ever free!
