Milton Keynes Adult US Citizen - Witness Needed

So I've received my Wisconsin absentee ballot, where I last lived in the U.S.
Come to find out that Wisconsin is one of the few states that require the signature of a U.S. citizen witness on the ballot too.  I know some Americans in the UK, but none that live in the Milton Keynes area.
Anyone in that area willing to witness my vote and help a fellow Yank out? 
Full disclosure, I am a Democrat. 

 

How strange! Unfortunately I am not anywhere near to help but just wondering if this is something the embassy in London could assist you with if you got desperate?
