Who's going to watch the debate?
« on: September 26, 2016, 11:20:15 AM »

As far as I know, it will be on at 2am UK time.  Anyone staying up to watch?

I'm afraid it's a bit late for me.  I'll probably watch it tomorrow night if I haven't already heard all the good bits on the news before.

PBS will stream live.

For other options: How to watch the debates live from UK

If any Americans in and around Manchester are interested in being an overnight studio guest of BBC Breakfast for the debates, please message me and I'll get you the contact's details!

I can't watch it this year for fear I will kick my TV whenever Trump speaks out of anger.

I will most definitely be sound asleep while it's on.  But I'm recording it.  It's been aired on Channel 4.

I still think Trump will be elected.  I take comfort in that it will make the dollar tank which will improve the pound as a result.  That's the only positive I can think of!

Can't be bothered as I won't be voting. Have lost interest in American politics as I've lived in the uk for 14 years now !
