American Expats in the UK - Your feedback is needed

Dear All

My name is Les. I am half English, half Hungarian.
I am a future linguist / sociolinguist and I am conducting a research of the experiences of American expats in the UK.
Most people believe that the transition to the UK is relatively easy, because of the language and cultural heritage, but I assume that it is not seamless, and that there are things that just aren't apparent on the surface. 
The questionnaire itself does not take more than 5 minutes and is completely anonymous.
