It depends on how you access the forum.  If it's over the web, you've got to upload it somewhere like imgur or photobucket and get the direct URL.  If it's tapatalk, use the little mountain symbol to insert a picture.

Thanks for the tip! That just makes my life that much easier! It saves me from sending photos from my phone to my email just to upload them to imgur THEN here when I can just do it easier through taptalk!

Haven't done it in a year probably (hopefully will start back up soon and get back into it hah) so it's a bit of an old pic, but here you go! hahaha Definitely not what everybody *thinks* pole fitness is  ;)

Great photo :). My sister-in-law is a pole dancer too (I've never tried it myself though).

I can see it!  I knew this would be fun if people joined in.

I want to see KFDancer as well.  I'm imagining a younger, classier Dolly Parton

hahaha thanks :) I think everybody should try it! My husband tried it once as I think he did like a free lesson or something just to try something out of his comfort zone. That was before we were together and he was loving it as he got to help spot the ladies hahaha

It's something that I definitely think is fun and a confidence booster and, despite what people *think*, it's honestly not some sexy activity! When you have massive bruises on your legs, it's definitely not considered sexy haha and no heels are actually involved! It's a great honest to god work out and definitely helped me build muscle! It's also just a good laugh. People think they are too old or too heavy for it but it's honestly great for people of all ages/weights/sizes/shapes! I miss it so much! Wish I had somebody to start it back up with me again!

Can see it now HMS! Whatever that is you're doing, it looks fun!! I wish I had a boat as nothing feels quite as nice for the soul (in my opinion) as being out on the water with the sea breeze in your face! :D

Well, except when you go to the national pole championships (which my sister-in-law organises)... they all wear heels there :P.

hahah yeah that is the exception! I just meant that everybody assumes I'm taking my highest pair of stilettos to my classes (when I did them) and that is just not the case! The people in the NPC are INCREDIBLE!!
