Huh?  She doesn't write that speech, she just reads it out as a charming nod to history.  It's written by the government.

I am sure that any visa application put forth by the royal family would be approved in record time, but foreign spouses of royalty can keep  their citizenship. Peter Phillips' wife retains her Canadian citizenship. It might be slightly different if the person is closer to the throne.

Autumn Phillips also had to convert to the CofE but that may not be an issue anymore after the Queen changed the succession rules prior to Prince George's birth.
