Oooh, those hashbrowns would've jumped out at me, too! Waffle House do theirs from dehydrated like that, and Waffle House have the best hashbrowns anywhere. I make hashbrowns, but I'm too lazy to par-boil the potatoes, first, so I don't quite get the right fluffy/crispy texture in mine.
Solid choices -- especially that chocolate that melted into one big lump!
Actually, my MIL gives me cognac truffles every Christmas, and they often end up in front of the heater before the box is finished off, so I end up with solid lump of truffles, too. It's amusing because it doesn't look polite, but it tastes amazing.
