Question regardig accomodation.

Hiya...

I'm asking this question on behalf of a friend... i wasn't so sure so thought to ask in this forum....

She wants to sponsor her sponsor and currently lives with her mum and siblings in a house provided by the council.... I just wanted to know that will this be enough for the accomodation requirement because the house is given by the council to her mother.
I didnt think that was allowed so wanted to double check.

I hope someone will be able to help me.

She would need permission in writing for him to live there, from her mother's landlord - the council.
