Are you sure you booked the correct type of appointment?

Your biometrics are not done at a consulate, they are taken by US immigration at a local USCIS Application Support Center and you can choose which one of the 129 centres across the US you go to.

There are 3 biometrics centres in Philadelphia, so you should have been able to book at one of those:

You should pay for your settlement priority processing ($771) and shipping labels as soon as you can, because some people have found the shipping labels can take a couple of days to be emailed through.

Cool - that’s the correct address :). It’s  a US immigration centre though, not a satellite consulate

Interestingly, there actually aren’t any biometrics centres in DC - if you live in DC, you have to go to either Virginia or Maryland for biometrics.

Yeah, for the priority processing, you just print the payment receipt and place it on the very top of your documents in the package.

The shipping labels will be emailed to you, though I think there’s a way to reprint them from the VFS website if the email doesn’t come though.

You just print the labels, out the return in the package and then if you purchased the outbound too, you take it to a UPS store with your package and get a UPS envelope from them.

All the instructions are on the VFS Global website though.

The information about the service and the instructions is here:
https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/usa/user_pay_services.html

And the payment link is here:
https://www.vfsglobal.co.uk/usashoppingcart/pages/Authorization.aspx

You want the Settlement Priority Service, so in the payment section you select:

Country of Residence:
United States of America

Visa Category:
SETTLEMENT

Then it will automatically show Sheffield for the Decision Making Center
If it shows New York, you’ve selected the wrong visa type.

You then click through, enter your details and select the services you want to purchase.

Yeah, your options are:

Round-trip:
outbound shipping label to Sheffield and return shipping label from Sheffield for $227

Return: return shipping label only, for $141... you have to sort out separate outbound shipping to Sheffield.

Yes, priority receipt on top and you only need to write it on the outside of the package, on all sides.
