Keeping it as simple as possible otherwise.  Trays for food, a cake, and some balloons.  Trying to figure out how to keep the party bags as economically savvy as possible.

Order one set of these:   Give each child one cup, a baggie of potting mix, and some seeds.  Include stickers so they can decorate their cups.  It has nothing to do with the theme of the party (gymnastics), but it might be fun for the kids.  And it's not sugar.
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!
8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

Eh. That's like the lady who hands out apples on Halloween. It's a birthday party, load em up with cake, ice cream, and candy then send em home

Dammit.  NOW I am old!  I'm the Halloween apple lady?  :/

In all honesty, I was thinking from the perspective of 4yo me... I would've loved to get this!  I didn't like others picking out my candy for me, because nobody got the right things.  But a plant that I can grow myself?!  That's cool!  And since it's in a fully-recyclable paper cup, it's fine for the environment....

Ugh.  You're right.  I'm the apple lady.

I LOVE this idea.

BUT - I know how freaking excited my kid is about those damn party bags.  She wants stickers and tattoos.  And each year I get a little pot with a seed planted for Mother's Day.  Without fail, it gets dumped out in the car on the way home!

I should have clarified that since she's inviting all her nursery friends, the age range is 2-4.  And there's a big difference between 2 year olds and 4 year olds!

And we are desperately trying to avoid a theme.  She's gunning hard for Peppa Pig though.

I don't find that place very cheap...  I'll have to in and look from a party-bag eye though!

I have been browsing Amazon...  Now I want a party bag!  Pullback-action cars, foam gliders in the shape of airplanes or dinosaurs.  Temporary tattoos: these, these, and these were cute!  Stickers.  These sticky creatures.

My kid got one of these at her last party.  It has provided hours of fun for me and the cat!

I have your address... maybe in April (oh - who are we kidding, May or June), you'll have a party bag arrive!

Ahhh!  Those would be fun with a cat to 'entertain'!

I just saw this.  Now I can't wait 'til your daughter is old enough that secret messages are a thing.

For now, I think the kids need these.  They may seem boring, but I actually played with mine when I would get them.  It helps to have tiny things to examine, but then you have the choking hazard for the under-3s.

She would LOVE the invisible ink.  She has a puzzle and a couple of toys that glow in the dark and she is super into them.
