I think I've seen them at Sweets from Heaven at Bluewater.

Turtles are my absolute favorite candy. My mom sends them to me at Christmas every year. I didnt know you can get them here. Where is Bluewater?

Its a cluster of pecans and toffee dipped in milk chocolate. LOVELY
