Selling house question

Has anyone ever used one of those “sell house now” companies? We need to sell “as is” in a short amount of time. There are a few on the BBB, I was curious if anyone ever used a company like this.

I think you might possibly be better off using a realtor and paying a few bucks to have it staged honestly. It's a sellers market in a lot of areas so as long as it's reasonably priced you should be able to sell quickly. As soon as mine was staged it sold with the next viewing in sub zero January temps to someone who wanted a fast close. :) But a lot of that depends on your neighbourhood. You can also assign a PoA with someone you trust for signing closing documents if it takes a little bit of time.
