New user to a welcoming community! :)

Hi! So I've just signed up about 15 minutes ago... but I've been reading threads for about 3 hours. This seems like a super helpful place!

I've just applied for a UK settlement visa so I can live with my husband. Did my biotmetrics May 10th 2018, mailed my visa May 17th 2018, got email confirmation May 22nd 2018, and now just waiting to hear back.

I saw a lot of users have all that information at the bottom of their comments, how do I do that?  I've never been part of an online community before.

Welcome to the forum :).

All the best for your application :).

In order to put your application timeline at the bottom of your posts, you'll want to add a signature. You go to your profile (click the PROFILE link under HOME in the top left hand corner of the page), and then hover over MODIFY PROFILE and a menu will appear. Then you click on FORUM PROFILE and the page that comes up gives you options to add personal information (picture, birthday, gender, location etc.) and one of the options is Signature. You just type your timeline into the signature box and then click CHANGE PROFILE at the bottom of the page :).

22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

My, how time flies....

* Married in the US and applied for first spousal visa August 2013
* Moved to the UK on said visa October 2013
* FLR(M) applied for  May 2016. Biometrics requested June 2016. Approval given July 2016.
* ILR applied for January 2019 (using priority processing). Approved February 2019.
* Citizenship applied for May  2019
* Citizenship approved on July 4th 2019
* Ceremony conducted on August 28th 2019
