Anyone been to the one in Swansea? Any good?  Reading the menu, it looks like the same food. Oh Moons Over my Hammy. And they have Country Fried Steak.
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I've been duped enough to already know the answer.

No. It will not be the same. I'm not even going to bother to get excited.

That's why I am wondering if anyone here has been to the Swansea one?

Just read the TripAdvisor reviews for the Swansea location. They seem to be pretty mixed. I'll stick with my gut instinct especially since they don't have biscuits.

I live very close to Swansea.  And Jimbo goes near there on holidays when he can.  Maybe a Denny's meetup should happen. My husband would be game.  He wants an American diner experience.  Though, I think he wants a proper greasy spoon, not a chain.  But Denny's is a start.

The Daughter at one time was saying that she wanted to visit Swansea. For the Dennys.

It's comfort food.  We'll have to see how it goes. Fingers are crossed that it's not too localized. 8)

Just realised that the last time I was at a Denny's was the morning after Grad Night at Disneyland in 1981!

Oh Moons Over my Hammy.

I still can't get over reading this name in my head and giggling to myself.

Denny's was oh so useful when it was 4am, nothing else open and you needed something to soak up all the alcohol in your system.

However, this is not where we ended up in uni. We had a regional chain called Bickfords (there are only a few left now) that was our alcohol absorbing breakfast place. Kissofdeath, you've perhaps been to a Bickfords?

Here, there is already something for absorbing alcohol. A doner kebab!

Yeahhh we had Bickfords. One of my sisters and her friends used to always meet up at Bickfords late-night.
