quick question regarding pay slips
« on: September 24, 2018, 09:40:51 AM »
hi everyone,

I just had a quick question regarding the authentication of payslips for a FLRM visa.

Basically, I have printed these out and then my HR admin has stamped them and written her name, phone number and title underneath.

Will this be sufficient or do I need to go back to her and get a letter confirming they are authentic?

In addition to the payslips, I have a letter confirming my employment, p60, original employment contract and of course the corresponding bank statements.

Thanks!!

The official requirement for the payslips is:

(bb) Payslips must be:
(i) original formal payslips issued by the employer and showing the employer’s name; or
(ii) accompanied by a letter from the employer, on the employer’s headed paper and signed by a senior official, confirming the payslips are authentic;

There is no mention of them needing to be stamped, or signed, only that they must be accompanied by a letter.

Normally this can just be added to the employer letter confirming employment and salary, so it’s all in one letter (they can list the dates and amounts on each payslip and confirm they are authentic and correct).
