Oh that's frustrating.  Was the email from the "help line" or from the people who requested your priority receipt?
It’s from visainfo.shefo@fco.gov.uk ... a lady named Faye who I got the email Saturday asking for my receipt of priority payment. I was asked to send that to an email address of Visasheffield@homeoffice.gov.uk , I sent it and got an email right back showing they received it.

I don’t know. It’s odd. And wonder if they work on one visa at a time lol. I sent the receipt Saturday morning, but at least it’s progress however slow. Maybe next I’ll get a request for more documents or maybe they couldn’t open the email I sent.

Well she might get right on this. Would be awesome if you got a decision this week.

I still have 2 more weeks, but the hubbs come on Saturday to help me pack and we travel a day apart. The time is literally just going so fast at this point.

Once the emails start rolling in, its go time.

That's great. As long as he's in UK ahead of you, or arrives with you.

I know the feeling, we had to use two taxies for us/stuff/cats!  ;D

Ikr....I wish we could have all gone back together. Plus their visas say dependents and my name, so I assumed they had to travel with me.
