That's weird Melissa.  You and I must have been reading that at the same time!

That's absolutely terrible!  I've always found KLM to be a very good airline, I've flown with them several times, but that's unbelievable, and I can't believe they suggested putting the two kids in the same room!

I was just thinking of you and what you went through with your daughter missing her train that time. I'm one to panic and in both situations I would be FREAKING!

And I know my two girls.  They wouldn't make a fuss.  They'd just do it.  :o They'd share the room.  I know they would.

Of course not. No-one buys anything at Primark, I don't know how they stay in business.

I swear, all we are to the ailines are cattle and dollar or £ signs. That is terrible. Yeah, 14 is not that young, but hell! They were paid to take care of her. I hope a big news story breaks on this, and KLM gets shamed to hell and back!  >:(
Never hold Farts in. They travel up your spine and to your brain. This is where sh*tty Ideas come from.

This story scared the sh*t out of me, especially since my 3 stepdaughters are flying unaccompanied on American tomorrow from Heathrow to JFK. No connecting flight thank god, I would have been way too stressed about that. I hope this woman gets some satisfaction.

Of her whole story, oddly enough, the thing that outraged me the most was that she was hung up on twice during this fiasco!
