VFS contact

Hi,
as we mentioned in a previous post we seem to have purchased a priority service in Sheffield for our Spousal visa via the OLD vfs website, where as the new website ( which we cannot register with due to an 'internal server issue' ) where we should have purchased would have us send to NY.
Our question is has anyone successfully contacted vfs via email, as we have tried for the past couple of days and we are not sure if the email we have is an old one as we are not getting any response from them as to what to do.
