These people put beef gravy ON buttermilk pancakes... and the new "authentic" Mexican restaurant here has mushrooms as a side... So gravy on tacos isn't too far fetched.

Will the NHS Scotland pay for gender reassignment surgery?

They will in England so I am guessing they do in Scotland! It is less hassle and potentially higher quality plastic surgery to go private though.

Literally vomming at the thought of gravy on tacos. ugh

Hahah but it did try to autocorrect vomming to coming and I nearly hit post without correcting by mistake which would’ve been complete opposite

Yeah but if you’re reading it, you might’ve thought I just made a typo or didn’t realise the difference

I dated a guy who spelled it cum no matter what the context. What was I thinking?

Probably because I'm always on my back.

I just hope that more people will ignore the fatalism of the argument that we are beyond repair. We are not beyond repair. We are never beyond repair. - AOC

My nephew had the first of his gender reassignment surgery through the NHS last December with breast removal and what a fantastic job the plastic surgeon did.  He had a hysterectomy done a couple of months ago and that is as far as he wants to go.  He is now aged 20 and has been on a regime of drugs for a number of years plus regular meetings with physiologists who specialize in this area.

I wasn't just picking on trans people, by the way.  My ex husband is trans, as are some of my closest friends, and my son just came out but he's not too concerned about pronouns right now.

Good luck to him!

Probably best to keep him away from Tami anyway.

I turn everyone gay anyway. I'm the only straight one in my immediate family.  One trans ex husband,  1 lesbian daughter, 1 bi daughter and 1 trans son.

The family that gay together stays together. Except they only allow me to make visits back home if I get my haircut short.

No offence taken. My post was purely in response to the post asking whether the NHS provided surgery for transgender folks.
