Considering Moving Back To The US
« on: January 19, 2020, 09:48:08 PM »
Hi,
For many months my husband and I have had many discussions about moving to the states. We have really started to consider this and I was just curious has anyone moved back to the US after living here in the UK and if so what was the visa process/timeline for your spouses visa?

I have not done it that way round but I did move to the US, it depends on how long if you've been married, if its over 2 years you can apply for DCF (direct consular filing) which is a relatively quick process (or was) of 2-3 months. if not then you're probably looking at a year.
A good resource is

www.visajourney.com

They'll have more up to date information.
