Thanks for admitting me to the forum. From what I've seen so far its got a lot of what my wife are looking for. So, we are both English but have lived in Kansas for the last 25 years, now both UK and US citizens, but having recently retired are moving back to the UK. Moving back will probably be a mixed bag of emotions, and maybe not much different from what many others have experienced.
Real beer and fish and chips, too many rules and regulations, paying to park, great pubs and beer, twisty roads through pretty countryside to ride a motorcycle too fast, seeing a lot of old friends i've missed, missing all my dear friends in the US......... Marmite?
