Can we get married in Gibraltar? Or anywhere else?

My American partner is here in the UK.  I'm British. I'm unable to get to the US for obvious reasons at the moment.

Can we get married in Gibraltar or Denmark when they reopen? or anywhere else for that matter. We couldn't care less about wedding or people attending etc.

She could return to the US after for the visa processing etc if this was possible

I saw a suggestion in my other thread but didn't want people in the know to miss my question

P.S. It's much easier for us to help you if you keep all your questions in one thread only, so that:
a) we can just scroll through that one thread to see your situation, what questions you have already asked, and what advice you have already been given
and
