What do you need it for?
If you have just applied for a visa, it will be on your online application form. Also, you should have been sent an email with the IHS reference number in it when you paid the IHS surcharge as part of your latest online application. If you are in the process of applying for a visa and you have not yet paid the IHS as part of the application, then you won't have an IHS number yet - you will get it when you pay the surcharge.

Or do you mean your NHS number?
(which is a number assigned to you in the NHS computer system when you register with a GP)
If so, it may have been sent to you in a letter when you registered with a GP, or if you have an online account with your GP surgery you may be able to access it on there, or you can ask your GP surgery what it is.

Or do you mean your NI (National Insurance) number?
If so, it should be listed on your payslips/P60.
