ILR help

Hi everyone,
Have a question pertaining to ILR. I arrived in the UK Dec 2016 and I'm on the 5 year route. My second brp is valid until 31-03-2022. What is the earliest I can apply for ILR? Thanks in advance

28 days before your 5 year anniversary of entry. So probably sometime this November?  You’d need the exact date of entry and work back 28 days before that.
