Working on ILR application

Hi there all you fabulous moderators and members.  We are UK/USA C me and  my DH is the applicant for ILR, our 5 years residency is almost complete.  Most recent BRP issued 14th June 2019, actually arrived in UK Aug. 18, 2016.  Today’s questions are - 
Proof of Cohabitation - I believe it is either 1 joint or 2 individual per person for months or July n Dec 2019; May n Oct  2020: March n Aug 2021??
May we use copies of previous documents - apart from Passport - or do they need to be originals again - eg Divorce docs etc?

The divorce certificate, land registry document etc can be used again. The financial documents are the only things that need to be dated within 28 days.

The wording for ILR is docs evenly spread since your last grant to remain. This is usually 2.5 years so that makes the spacing every 5 months.
