FLR(M) Document Review and Mail Question
« on: September 13, 2021, 11:05:57 PM »
Hello Lovely Forum Group!

I’m going to start the online application today.

I could really use another set of eyes to double check that I’m not missing any documents from the below checklist.

Also, I’m wondering now if the “6 pieces of mail” is the wrong date range? I’ve been focusing on August because of the most current payslip but, since I’m submitting today/tomorrow would I need to show mail from Sept 2019 to Sept 2021 or can I stick with what I have below (Aug 2019 to Aug 2021)?

I arrived to the UK from the US on a Spousal Visa on the 5th February 2019 and my BRP expires the 11th October 2021.

I don't see anything missing, except perhaps... you said your "current" passport.  Is this the passport your entered the UK on in February 2019?

Look over that employer letter very carefully to make sure all the payslip information matches up with the actual payslips.

Your correspondence range is evenly spaced, you have six items in both names, and it meets the "official sources" criterion.  Whether it's September - September, or August to August isn't crucial.
9/1/2013 - "fiancée" (marriage) visa issued
4/6/2013 - married (certificate issued same-day)
5/6/2013 - FLR(M)#1 in person -- approved!
8/1/2016 - FLR(M)#2 by post -- approved!
8/5/2018 - ILR in person -- approved!
22/11/2018 - Citizenship (online, with NDRS+JCAP) -- approved!
14/12/2018 - I became a British citizen.  :)

Yes, the current passport is the same passport with the vignette & arrival date stamp.

Fabulous, thank you for easing my mind on the timeframe for the correspondence and for the advice on rechecking the employer letter.

Take care,

Sarah
