help with FLR(M) application timeline please!

hi - hoping someone can help me

we need to apply for my spousal visa renewal but i keep confusing myself more with when to apply. can i have some help/confirmation?



i entered the UK on 12 August 2019

30 months from entry is 12 February 2022

my BRP expires 7 May 2022



i know there is something to do with 28 days before, but am confused about whether it is 28 days before my BRP expires or 28 days before my 30 months in the UK?

28 days before my BRP expires is 9 April 2022

28 days before my 30 months is 15 January 2022


Based on these dates can someone please help me work out when my window to apply is? it would be a massive help. thanks in advance!

If you entered the U.K. on a 33-month spousal visa, then:

- The earliest you can apply is 28 days before you reach 30 months in the U.K.

- The latest you can apply is the expiry date of your BRP.

So, if you entered the U.K. on 12 August 2019, you will reach 30 months on 12 February 2022.

This means that your window to apply is 15th January 2022 to 7th May 2022.

You can submit your online application at any time between those 2 dates.
