Yes my husband thinks it means we've been approved because they're requesting the healthcare surcharge and if we were denied he thought they wouldn't care/need it.  It makes sense hope it's true, and hope it's not far from us receiving it.

Yeah, exactly - if they were going to refuse it, there would be no point asking for the payment only to turn around and refund it!

So the decision has been made!!!! Thank god. We are still waiting for the official letter but at least we are getting somewhere

I consider myself July because that's when they got my documents.  I haven't received any decision made email but I also haven't heard from my lawyer in two days so who knows.  I know my ups tracking number has no movement.  That's about it.
