A box of See's candies - all dark chocolate - my idea of heaven.  :P

Mmm... See's.  My absolute favorite is the dark chocolate molasses chips.

I'm another dark chocolate lover, it all started with my first Hershey's Miniature Special Dark bar when I was a kid and that is still my favorite, along with the dark chocolate Milky Way.  Trader Joe's has awesome dark chocolate covered pretzels.  Great, while typing this and getting a craving for some, I realize there is no chocolate whatsoever in the house.   :P

We used to get the Trader Joe's Pound Plus bar of dark chocolate.  You can imagine how long that lasted!  ;D
I refuse to answer that question on the grounds that I don't know the answer.

i really have to be in the mood for dark choc.  my fav is green & blacks butterstoch.  it has little bitty toffee piecs- kind of like toberlene.
If you harbour bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.

The Montezuma's chili chocolate is really good. That smooth dark chocolate with a bit of heat at the end...mmm. On New Year's Eve I made individual chocolate souffles with it.

I got a very nice email back from Montezuma's when I asked about the nutritional details on the dark chocolate bar since it's not on there.  I not only want to know the ingredients of everything I eat but the nutritional info, which isn't always on things in the UK.

Many thanks for your email. I've spoken to our chocolatier who has given me
the following nutritional values for the Peru bar.

Protein 7.7%
Carbohydrates 30.2%
Fat 43.6%
Fibre 10.8%
Energy 550 Kcal per 100g

It doesn't make for great reading but I hope it helps and that you enjoy
your bar.

Kind Regards,
