Question, Do both DF and I have to be on the permission letter to reside in his parents house that they own? Can it just state that I am going to reside with them until DF and I are married and/or find housing?

9.5 - Maintenance and accommodation: Entry as a fiancé(e)/proposed civil partner
A person being admitted as a fiancé(e)/proposed civil partner must have adequate maintenance and accommodation without additional recourse to public funds. They should not be working before the marriage/civil partnership (employment is prohibited until the grant of 24 months’ leave to remain following the marriage/civil partnership); and after the marriage/civil partnership, there must be adequate exclusively owned accommodation for the couple without additional recourse to public funds in accommodation which they own or occupy exclusively (defined in section below)...

Accommodation
Applicants applying as a fiancé(e)/proposed civil partner may not always be clear about the accommodation available to them after the marriage. However, you must be satisfied that they have reasonable prospects of obtaining adequate accommodation. It is acceptable for the applicant to have arranged temporary accommodation with family or friends for the period before the marriage/civil partnership.

You should be satisfied that the accommodation for a couple (or for fiancé(es)/proposed civil partners after they are married) complies with the following requirements:

it is (or will be) owned or legally occupied for the exclusive use of the couple (see definition in section below); and
it is capable of accommodating the couple, and any children, without overcrowding as defined in the Housing Act 1985 (see section below on overcrowding).
Depending on the circumstances of the case, there may be other relevant factors; for example, you should be satisfied that housing the couple in rented accommodation will not be in breach of any tenancy agreement as regards sub-letting (see below).

Edited to add: Perhaps your suggestion of staying with his parents & permission from them plus their tenancy agreement or ownership documents for their home would suffice as 'temporary accomodation' for you until such time as his situation is resolved with his letting agency.

I'm going to get a copy of their deed and hopefully permission from them to live there until the whole let agency crap is figured out. I'm fairly close to them so I'm hoping that they are okay with it. I just feel really bad since they have some things going on of their own.

Just remember that a courier is to drop off your information & retrieve your documents once your visa is completed from the Consulate. They are not immigration advisors and just keep that in mind if they advise you to remove or add documents to your application. They cannot tell you just by looking at your info if you'll be approved or not, that is the job of the Entry Clearance Officer reviewing your case.

Don't sweat the courier--as long as they can get your application into the consulate and back out, it'll all be okay. Couriers sometimes overstep their bounds and cause panic with their clients because they say things they shouldn't, or they misunderstand things. By in large I've heard loads of good things about Global VIP (I'll use them in May/June most likely), but you have to try and filter out some of their commentary if they try to comment on your actual application (in terms of missing information, or if they try to comment on how likely you are to be accepted).

After all of this, the courier will be the least of your worries, I think

I've spent hours trying to figure out how to print a label for shipping since there are no outlets near Barnstaple. I know I can schedule them to pick up anywhere but how do you usually go about printing a label with out an account? I figured I could set up the label and when i went to print it I could turn it into a pdf file to email to DF to print on his comp.

I tried to set up an account and they are closed for the holiday until wed or thurs. TIA.
